This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the ConvertDroid mobile application ("App"), developed and published by The Zardoz Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). ConvertDroid is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy is intended to be transparent and compliant with the requirements of Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Data Safety requirements.

2. Data Collection

ConvertDroid does not collect any data of any kind. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal information (name, email address, phone number, date of birth, etc.).
• We do not collect sensitive information (financial data, health data, precise location, contacts, messages, photos, etc.).
• We do not collect device identifiers (advertising ID, device serial number, IMEI, etc.).
• We do not use analytics services, crash reporters, or third-party SDKs that collect usage data.
• We do not track user behavior inside the App.
• We do not share any data with third parties because there is no data to share.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

ConvertDroid stores certain information locally on your device to provide its core functionality. This includes:

• Your conversion history (the values and units you have converted).
• Your favorite units and categories.
• Your in-app preferences (e.g., display settings).

This data resides entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's local storage or uninstalling the App.

4. Permissions

ConvertDroid requests only the permissions that are strictly necessary for core app functionality. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photos, or any other sensitive device resource.

5. Children's Privacy

ConvertDroid does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Because the App collects no data whatsoever, it is inherently safe for users of all ages.

6. Third-Party Services

ConvertDroid does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, crash-reporting services, or social SDKs. No data is shared with or collected on behalf of any third party.

7. Data Security

Because ConvertDroid does not collect or transmit any user data, there is no data in transit or at rest on our servers that could be compromised. All locally stored preferences remain under the protection of your device's own security model (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore sandboxing).

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our data practices in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Apple App Store & Google Play Compliance

This policy is provided to comply with the requirements of the Apple App Store Review Guidelines (section 5.1 – Privacy) and the Google Play Data Safety requirements. In the Google Play Data Safety section, this App is declared as collecting no data.
